We do not publish a separate postal registered office or Companies House number. We are a sole trader, not a limited company, and this page does not claim a redress-scheme membership.

This website is a public page about Knight & Co Properties. It does not offer tenant or landlord sign-in, and it does not take messages through a form.

Tenancies, repairs, documents and rent are handled in Ownkeep. Tenant access there is by invite from Henri or Nick Knight. Ownkeep is a separate service. When you use it, its own privacy notice applies as well as ours as your landlord.

We do not process card payments on this website.

We do not ask you to create an account on this website, and we do not collect card numbers here.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object. See the rights below. We do not use this website for marketing profiles.

The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical and analytics data (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) so we can see that the page is working. We do not sell personal data.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety. Tenancy records held in Ownkeep are shared only as needed to manage that tenancy, for example with a contractor repairing a home.

Emails are kept for as long as we need them to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted when they are no longer needed. Hosting logs are kept for the shorter period set by our host, unless we need them to look into an incident. The colour-scheme preference stays in your browser until you clear it.

You can clear site data in your browser. Blocking that storage does not stop you reading this page; the colour scheme will follow your device instead.
